Congrats to High Steppin' Country on an amazing summer season!

⭐️ The final show is tomorrow, Sept. 6, at 8!
⭐️ Shows take place at Theater By The Sea oceanfront amphitheater at Lakewood Camping Resort.
⭐️ Admission is free for campground guests. General public tickets cost $15 for adults (ages 13 and up) and $10 for children (ages 12 and under).
⭐️Call the Lakewood Information Center at (843) 447-7343 for ticket availability and details.
⭐️ Public guests park at the designated shuttle lot off Highway 17 for a free shuttle to the amphitheater.

🎃 Ghoul Vibrations coming this October is free and open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis. The show runs every Friday in October with two shows nightly at 7 and 9 p.m. Doors open 30 minutes before showtime. Guaranteed seating is available for a small upgrade fee which gives you early entry and popcorn.

If you’re looking for a spot to take a break from the back-to-school hustle and bustle, Crooked Hammock Brewery at Barefoot Landing is the place.

Don't miss Summer Light: Art by Night going on through Aug. 22 at Brookgreen Gardens featuring Gardens of Glass: The Art of Craig Mitchell Smith.

Tips for families:
-Bring water bottles! Grab a treat from Granny's Kitchen (best chocolate chip cookies and scones!)
-Get there around 7 to see some of the art during the daylight, then try to be around Alligator Bender at back of gardens for a beautiful sunset.
-Be sure to look up around the gardens to find all the large "dandelion seeds" hiding around.
-Don't miss the Children's Garden where kids will love the bubble machine.
-Stroller friendly!
-Bring a handheld fan to stay cool.

One of our favorite summer traditions is visiting Summer Light: Art by Night at Brookgreen Gardens—and getting there before sunset so we can check out the amazing changes!

This year’s exhibition open through Aug. 22 is “Gardens of Glass: The Art of Craig Mitchell Smith” showcasing 32 larger-than-life glass sculptures. Additionally, a special pop-up gallery featuring smaller pieces by the artist are on display in the Noble Gallery.
