Skyela was recently invited to go to a Savannah Bananas game with one of her best friends, but she had tech day for Between the Lines happening at Theatre of the Republic this weekend. Her sweet friend captured this message from Broadway star/Banana Derek Klena. Derek, thank you so much for taking the time to do this—and for making theatre feel magical, fun, and accessible to everyone whether they're rocking a baseball jersey or a Broadway show T-shirt. Also, thank you for being the reason our theatre kid actually wants to attend a sporting event! We hope to cheer you on at a game soon.

LET'S GO THESPIANS! 🎭🎭🎭
