As of 2024*, Ocean Lakes charges fee of $12 per day/per car* to access community with express checkin and complete at least 14 days prior to stay. (We require express check-in) *Price subject to change at any time. Linens included - Beds made, one bath towel and washcloth per guest, bathroom hand towels, kitchen hand towel. Please note - we do not supply beach towels or beach gear and provided towels are not to be used outside of home. Main level boasts open floor plan with ocean views, kitchen, dining table well. Sofa (queen size sleeper), love seat in family room. Laundry, Smart TV, and guest bedroom with queen bed and full en suite bath. Smart TV’s in all bedrooms. Upper level boasts primary en-suite bedroom with king bed, ocean views, and private deck. 2nd en-suite primary bedroom with king bed, access to private deck and ocean views. Another two twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Ceiling fans, closets, dressers. Fully stocked kitchen appliances, dishes, cookware, stove, microwave, fridge, washer and dryer, coffee maker with pod/full pot options, and permanent gold filter for grounds.
2nd story deck serves 2 ocean facing bedrooms and has amazing views of the ocean. Huge main level ocean facing deck with outdoor dining and additional seating. Ground level has private outdoor hot/cold shower, gas grill, picnic table, 4 rocking chairs, and covered parking for 3 cars. OCEAN LAKES AMENITIES:

Large playgrounds, skate park, workout stations and outdoor recreation including sand volleyball, shuffleboard courts and basketball courts. Sports equipment is available in the Recreation Office as well as bicycle rentals. Great nature center for the whole family, nightly golf cart parade, fishing, bocce ball, horseshoes, and ping pong. Sandy Mart has all of your grocery, snacking, clothing, beach gear, and memorabilia for your visit. Sandy’s Meet n’ Eat - for burgers, pizza, ice cream, etc. Sandy Harbor Family Fun Center is a recreation complex that includes a water park with 5 pools (one indoor/heated in winter), water slides, lazy river, Sandy Harbor splash zone, sun decks, an Arcade, miniature golf, restrooms, changing areas, and an indoor/outdoor Cafe. Certified lifeguards are on duty during the summer season. **Please note that some amenities such as miniature golf and the cafe do cost extra.
