Welcome to "Sip of Sunshine" & "Sip of Sunshine 2"... our TWO beautiful condos at "A Place at the Beach I" (APATBI) located on the beautiful and private Shore Drive. Our building is ON the beach which means you are literally steps from the sand after you walk out of either door. "Sip of Sunshine" is a first floor condo, while "Sip of Sunshine 2" is a 3rd floor condo. (Note: No elevator in building

Both fully furnished condos have 2 bedrooms (1 Queen bed and 2 Double beds to sleep 6 total), 2 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen/dining space and a comfortable living space perfect for relaxation when you're not on the beach. Both condos include a private balcony with outdoor furniture, giving you access to beautiful views and complete tranquility by the ocean. While staying at either of our condos, you'll have access to our private oceanfront swimming pool (only available to owners and tenants of APATBI.) You also will have access to 2 parking passes (1 spot per renter ON SITE in our parking lot; 1 additional pass can be used ACROSS the street from building, based on availability.) Other amenities available in both condos: Clean linens (bathroom towels and sheets/bedding) A/C, smart TVs throughout, stove/oven/microwave, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, wifi, coin/app operated laundry facilities on the 1st & 2nd floor of our building. Our property is located ON the beach, next door to Ocean Annie's Bar (with live music during peak season) and River City Cafe on the oceanfront, with access from the beach. MANY other Myrtle Beach favorites within walking distance, including the Apache Pier. Kroger and Walmart are within 3 miles for any grocery needs, offering contactless curbside pickup and delivery service. The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, SkyWheel and "Broadway at the Beach" are just a short ride to your south. "Barefoot Landing" with ample shopping and dining options are just a short ride to your north.
