We have some exciting things happening here at this winter! Typically the winter is a sleepy time at the beach but not this year! First, we are happy to share that the ocean outfall project will soon be complete and the temporary pier will soon be removed, making our beach better (and cleaner) than ever! We are also expecting to reap the benefits of the Army Corps of Engineers beach renourishment project within the next two months, adding sand back to our shoreline. This will help to restore beachfront that was lost during the past couple of hurricanes. At the resort, all of our outdoor furniture is being replaced with much more stylish and updated pieces. It has all arrived on site, just waiting to be assembled! There are also other projects going on to improve the beauty of the buildings. Next door, our friendly little boutique hotel neighbor is being renovated and we are excited to see those improvements. Lots of great things are happening on our little stretch of the beach! We are looking forward to hosting you again soon!
