New quartz counter tops are in, new cabinet hardware, and next cabinet painting!

New for 2026 we are adding an improved ground level entertainment space with a bar and 65” Smart TV!

New front load washer and dryer, kitchen quartz countertops, sink/faucet, bathroom vanity hardware, addition of a garbage disposal in the kitchen and a new stove are already installed as well as replacement of the living room French door with a new slider to expand the ocean views, along with new 6 seat outdoor dining. Updated interior coastal dining table and accents, AND….we’ve opened up the interior dining area by adding a 2nd slider for views of the ocean while you eat!

EXCITING NEWS - we are in the process of doing some upgrades for 2026! First on the list is the installation of new quartz countertops, sink, and faucet in the kitchen before the storm hits! (Pictured are the same countertops we have already have in Ahhh-TUNA Matata Beach House Rental Site B-19 in Ocean Lakes as well as The Salty Frog Beach House Rental Site A-8 in Ocean Lakes)
