Off-season monthly rate is only $2000/mon., a savings of $1,000. Payment instructions:

No pets & No smoking in the resort. There is a $5/day parking pass that will need to be purchased when you first arrive at the resort, paid directly to security office.

Happy holidays and New Year! It pleased Bob and I tremendously to have shared our cozy beach condo with you this year. 2025 will start off with a bang (literally) when our building undergoes a re-cladding and restoration project. January-March we will have the condo closed for the work. Ours is the second building to be renovated. The results of the first are astounding. Check out the attached picture.
