Congratulations to Sabrina on 25 amazing years with Vacation Myrtle Beach! 🎉

Starting as a Front Desk Clerk at Sea Watch in 2001, Sabrina’s dedication and leadership helped her rise through the ranks—from Guest Services Supervisor and Manager to Assistant General Manager, General Manager of Ocean Creek Resort, and later General Manager of Beach Cove Resort. Today, she serves as Assistant Chief Financial Officer of Vacation Myrtle Beach.

Along the way, she also earned both her Bachelor’s Degree and MBA—an incredible accomplishment while building her career.

Sabrina puts it best: “In hospitality you solve problems, create memories, juggle a thousand things at once, and somehow still smile while doing it.”

We are excited to announce that Neal R. has accepted the role of General Manager at Palace Resort after assisting the resort on an interim basis for the past two months!

Neal joined Vacation Myrtle Beach in 2011, working in guest services at Landmark Resort. He moved up through the ranks during his time at Landmark and led the department as the Guest Services Manager from 2020 through the current day, when he moved over to Palace recently.

We are thrilled to announce that Elona D. has accepted a new role as the General Manager of Sea Watch Resort. Elona joined the VMB Family as the Assistant General Manager at Sea Watch in May 2024 after relocating to Myrtle Beach from New Jersey. Elona spent nearly 20 years working in brand hotel leadership in New Jersey. Elona expressed her commitment to maintaining the high standards that Heather set for the resort as she leads us into the future! Please join us in congratulating Elona on her new role!

We are excited to announce that Heather L. has accepted the role of General Manager at Crown Reef Resort! Heather joined Vacation Myrtle Beach in October 2006 as Sales Director at The Caravelle. After excelling in the role, Heather was promoted to Assistant General Manager at The Caravelle, before later becoming General Manager at Sea Watch Resort in February 2015. Since moving to Sea Watch, Heather has done a remarkable job of continuously giving our guests the most exciting, fun-filled, and enjoyable vacation experience ever, as the resort has always been ranked among the best on the Grand Strand!
