Extended cable and Wi-Fi, smart TVs throughout and very convenient USB ports
Master bedroom has brand new California King size bed! and a 48” flat screen smart TV and a ceiling fan.
2nd bedroom has 2 Full size built in bunks. (Very Adult friendly) Each bunk has USB ports for electronics and it’s own dimmable light w small shelf for phones etc. and a flat screen smart TV.
Bathroom has glass shower and beautiful vanity area w shiplap detail.
The living area has a very high vaulted ceiling and open floor plan for an open airy feel.
Living room has barn doors, a 55” flatscreen smart television, electric fireplace w or w/out heat. ceiling fan with remote control and seating is so cozy in the huge super comfy sectional w ottoman or in the comfy recliner.
Kitchen has beautiful shiplap accents with open shelving for easy access to plates, bowls, coffee cups etc, new full size stove w griddle burner option, warming burner and warming drawer.
Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster, can opener etc. (fully stocked kitchen)
Breakfast nook has cute farm table with 1 wooden bench and a built in bay window with padded cushion bench seating.
The Outside is my favorite spot!
Relax in our custom made bed swing with mounted outdoor fan! Enjoy hanging out and watching the golf carts ride by, playing co****le, or just looking at the stars while sitting on the HUGE wooden deck area w 6 person table & chairs ( not pictured) w umbrella and gas grill. (grill accessories provided)
Linens included!( sheets , bath towels, hand towels, wash rags bath mats and kitchen towels ) ( you will only need to bring your beach towels )
