**Parking Fines to Change as of August 1st, 2025**

Please be advised, parking tickets in Mystic CT will be increasing as of 08/01/2025. The majority of violations are now going to increase from $20 to $50 except Fire Lane violations which raise from $50 to $100. These violations must be paid within 14 days or the penalties double.

Violations include but are not limited to:
- Obstructing Driveways
- Parking on Sidewalks
- Parking Away from Curb
- Blocking Fire Hydrants
- Parking Within 25 feet of the corner
- Parking on Restricted Side of the Street
- Parking in a Restricted Area
- Parking Over Time Limit
- Parking on Wrong Side of Street
- Obstructing Traffic
- Blocking a Bus Stop
- Parking On a Cross Walk
- Fire Lane Violations
- Handicapped Parking Violation
- No Parking Zone

Annie has turned her passion for nail artistry into a vibrant business rooted in community and creativity. A proud Chamber member and a dynamic force in the local beauty scene, Annie’s story is one of bold vision, persistence, and heart!

Annie moved to the U.S. from the Philippines in 2012 and planted her roots in the Groton-Mystic-Stonington area. She spent a decade building a loyal clientele from a tiny room inside a downtown Mystic hair salon before making the leap to open her own nail studio.

"I wanted to build a place where people could walk in feeling blah and walk out like Beyoncé on a world tour,” Annie says.

With a vision, an obsession with nails, and the charm of Stonington, Nailed It Mystic was born.Beyond the salon, Annie shows up for her community. She donates to local fundraisers, visits technical high schools to inspire cosmetology students, and actively participates in Chamber events. In 2024, she proudly became an American citizen—an achievement that felt like a full-circle moment in the place she now calls home.

A pop-up paddle-craft only rally on the Mystic River.
July 5th, 2025 1PM to 4PM
Alongside the West Side of the Mystic River, North of the Historic Bascule Bridge.

✨️All Paddlers Must possess a certified Life Jacket per passenger per vessel
✨️No Alcohol
✨️No Boats with Motors
