2026 rates have not gone live yet. Hopefully in the next several days.

Please note that 2026 rental rates will be the same, and in some cases lower, than 2025.

We have not raised rental rates in 3 years! If there is a change/increase it is in cleaning, admin charges, and linen fees - fees we do not see, have control over, or receive.

I stained the upper and lower side and back decks and back stairs/landing. Started at sunrise. The look great (like ‘new’) if I say so myself.

Bench deck seats a bit worn. Replaced them yesterday with just a railing. Won’t be able to paint it white for 6-8 months but the railing opens up the upper deck and allows views of the ocean and dune from inside.

Beautiful evening. Grabbed chicken tortilla soup, guac, and salsa from South of KDG and hung out with the pups.

Before and after. Salt water, sand, luggage, and lots of use - the front steps require lots of TLC. Stained them this morning for the upcoming season.

2025 rental dates are open and going fast! There are still in-season weeks open in June, one week in July, and 2 weeks open in August. 2025 rental rates remained roughly the same as 2024.
