Now Hiring – USCG Licensed Captain
Full-time and part-time positions available.

We are currently seeking a USCG Licensed Captain to operate Tubing and Dolphin Tour trips for the 2026 summer season.
This is a fun, fast-paced position working in Nags Head on the Roanoke Sound. We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, and enjoys providing great experiences for our guests.

Requirements:
Active USCG Captain’s License
Valid First Aid & CPR certification
Enrollment in a random drug testing program (provided by us)
Tubing or tour experience preferred, but training is available

These trips are extremely popular during the summer season, so strong boat handling skills, good time management, and a positive attitude with customers are essential.

Compensation:
Starting pay $20/hour
Excellent tip opportunities
Performance based bonuses available

A massive thank you to all our customers & visitors who spent time with us on the water! Most importantly, we extend our upmost gratitude to our 2025 summer crew. From our water team, reservations, and the parasailing crew… THANK YOU! We set goals for our team, and they achieved every single one. This has been one of the best summers we’ve ever experienced as a business, and we are truly thankful for the opportunity to offer water sports to the Nags Head community!
