Early and late summer 2026 weeks are still available at lovely and comfortable 97 Orange Street in the heart of Nantucket town. The property, which is rented as a whole, is a four-bedroom, two bath main house (plus study with a daybed) and a separate over-the-garage studio/apartment that has a queen bed, sitting area and kitchenette. In between is a spacious, fenced yard with a teak patio set and grill. We rent by the week Saturday to Saturday, with some flexibility on dates in the shoulder seasons. As of now, we have open availablility throughout June, ending Saturday, July 4, and again for late summer/fall weeks starting Saturday, Aug. 29 (including both sides of the late-this-year Labor Day weekend). Ferry reservations opened this morning - have you finalized your plans for a summer trip to Nantucket yet?
We have availability at our in-town home:
* Before June 9, and from June 16-28
* Week of July 26-Aug. 2
* Weeks in the late summer/fall beginning Aug. 23.
7 night minimum, renting Saturday to Saturday in summer (dates may be more flexible in the shoulder season).
House and associated "cottage" apartment over the garage sleep up to 8 people. No pets.

Available weeks (we rent by the week, Saturday to Saturday) include:
All of June (through 6/28)
Week of July 26-Aug. 2
Weeks of Aug. 16, 23 and 30 (including Labor Day)
All of September and October.
Maximum occupancy of 8 people, including children/infants.
Main house has 4-5 bedrooms and two full baths. Cottage space over the garage has an additional queen suite/sitting area, efficiency kitchen and a full bath.

From one of our realtor partners: Steamship Authority summer car ferry reservations will open this Thursday, February 8, 2024 at 8 a.m.

That makes this the perfect week to book your early or late-summer stay at 97 Orange! We are booked in the middle of the summer but have weeks available through June 15 and anytime after Aug. 24. (Did we mention late August and all of September are some of the best times to be on the island weather- and crowd-wise? They are!) Reach out with any questions!

Due to a late-breaking cancellation, we have a rare mid-summer opening July 29 to Aug. 5 at our lovely, updated and fully equipped in-town home.
