Founded by Nantucket locals Kenan Giguere and Dean Miller, the Nantucket Adventure Company (ACKADV) was born from a shared passion for adventure travel and discovery. Their mission is to inspire and introduce individuals and families to the thrill of backcountry moto and auto exploration.

The GPS coordinates we highlight—41°17'10.0"N 70°05'46.8"W—mark both the start and conclusion of every adventure we undertake. Months of meticulous planning go into each stage, yet the true journey begins the moment we cross the ramp and board the Steamship Authority. For the initial upgrade on our 5th Gen Toyota 4Runner, we selected Eibach's Pro-Truck-Lift Stage 2 adjustable suspension, along with 33" BF Goodrich KO2 tires wrapped around a set of Toyota TRD Off-Road wheels. Truck upgrades by Offroad Elements in Abington, MA.
