**Summer 2024 Vacation Rental Available Dates**
Butterworth Bungalows are 2 waterfront bungalows on the same lot with 75 feet of sandy Long Lake water frontage, offering a dock, boat & jet ski moorings, kayaks, paddle-boards, and corn hole. The front bungalow has 3 bedrooms sleeping 6, and the back bungalow has 2 bedrooms sleeping 4

Our rates vary depending on the time of year and the number of people renting.
Butterworth Bungalow’s weekly rental period is Saturday – Saturday from May 25, 2024– August 31, 2024.
Please inquire for September rentals.
Security deposit $500 returned to you promptly once our cleaning company comes in and inspects for damage, cleaning fee is $200
We rent on a first come first serve basis. When you request a contract, you have 7 days to return signed contract and deposit. We will not offer the dates to anyone else during that period. Dates will be marked pending during this time.

To reserve dates, we require a signed contract with deposit of ½ rent and the cleaning fee. The remaining half of rent and security deposit is due 30 days prior to the rental date.

June 29– July 6, 2024: Rent $5,000.00, Cleaning fee $200.00, Security deposit $500.00

July 6 – 13, 2024: Rent $4,000.00, Cleaning fee $200.00, Security deposit $500.00

We've been busy over the winter and have several new changes that bring us into this century!! We can still be reached by phone, as Richie just learned how to text. Now you can also see us on our new website!! https://www.chunkydunkyicecreamboat.com/ There you can see our menu and schedule your Chunky Dunky visit ahead of time!! Please note - we're not used to this new technology and Emilee (Our daughter) is trying to teach us but it's a bit overwhelming. Please bear with us as we learn & figure things out!

Butterworth Bungalows is a family owned vacation rental on Long Lake in Naples, Maine. We purchased Butterworth Bungalows in February 2020. Formally, the camp was known as Tall Pines and welcomed guests who came back summer after summer. We hope that Butterworth Bungalows will have the same following.

Two quaint cottages sit on the water of Long Lake. It is the perfect location for large families or multiple families vacationing together. The cottage closest to the water has three bedrooms and sleeps 6 comfortably in beds. The cottage in the rear has two bedrooms and sleeps 4-5 comfortably in beds. The bedrooms have all new memory foam bedding. The camp also has paddle-boards, a canoe and kayaks for your water enjoyment. There is a dock and your boat is welcome. If you don’t have one, boat rentals are a short walk and a shorter drive away.

We hope that you will enjoy your time in the Sebago Lake region and playing in the water of Long Lake as much as we do!
