- Master bedroom: King bed with linens, dressers, TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and full bathroom with a shower. Towels and washcloths provided.
- Lanai includes outdoor seating.

- Children’s essentials onsite: high chair, pack n’ play playpen, plates, cups, utensils.
- A community swimming pool is within walking distance from the house, and has limited parking spaces. No lifeguard is on duty.
- Several restaurants and other businesses located within Marquesa Plaza are a 10 minute walk from the house.
- This property is less than 5 miles from the beach (about a 15 minute drive). Beach access parking fees vary.
- This property is minutes from a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment.

We are always making things a little better in our slice of paradise. Feature walls that double as sound dampening! Did wonders for knocking down echo from loft! When are you going to be our guest? We have openings starting Tuesday March 19th for 30 day minimum rentals!

Two years today we received the keys for our beautiful Naples home! 28 more years and it’s ours! Haha 😂

Thanks Mike Miller with Edgemont Electric & especially Bogner for the handy work with installing this new light fixture. This was a hard task being at 20’ from the floor. Bogner did a great job installing a new box in the attic replacing the can, mounting the light and the cleanup was perfect! We love the final product, and hope our guests will enjoy the additional ambiance as well!
