Travel Update – Riviera Maya 🇲🇽

I want to personally share an important update from one of our trusted on-the-ground partners.
Recent U.S. travel advisories apply to certain Pacific coast states in Mexico — and do not include Quintana Roo, where Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Cozumel, and Tulum are located.
Riviera Maya remains under a Level 2 Advisory (Exercise Increased Caution), and everything continues to operate as normal.
From the moment you land in Cancun, guests are welcomed and provided secure, direct transportation to their resorts — ensuring a smooth and supported arrival experience.
