This is the page to give information on our Eastward Look, Narragansett, RI vacation rental conveniently located only 3/4 mile from Scarborough State Beach. This recently updated, well maintained cape in Eastward Look features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a new central air conditioning system with units in every bedroom and in the living area. There are three large HD TVs, a 42
" Panasonic plasma in the living room, a 32" LCD in the first floor bedroom and a 32" LCD in the upstairs master bedroom, each of which come with expanded cable and several premium movie channels. The recently remodeled eat-in kitchen has a fabulous breakfast table, while the dining room has a ample seating for the whole family. The beds (4 queens) are all newly purchased, and two of the bedrooms have dormers that allow for fantastic ocean breezes that flow through the entire home. Both the first floor bathroom and second floor bathrooms feature a shower and a tub as well as updated tile flooring. The fenced backyard is flat and large enough for lawn games and even has a hammock and a beautiful cedar shingled outdoor shower for rinsing off after a long day at the beach. Several kid-friendly amenities are available for renters' use, such as baby gates and step stools in the bathrooms. Walk to Scarborough State Beach, tennis courts, playground and basketball courts, or take a short car ride to Sand Hill Cove or Narragansett Town beaches. Linens will be dropped off at the house prior to occupancy and must be then placed in bags provided at vacancy. Per RI state law, any rental period of 30 days or less is subject to a 1% local tax and a 7% state tax which is additional to the stated rent. $500 Security Deposit additional to be returned upon inspection***
