This large, central air-conditioned home is in an absolutely wonderful location with a beautiful view of Narragansett Bay. The new kitchen with granite counters is part of the open concept floor plan. This house has 2 great rooms with fireplaces, flatscreen tv's, multiple decks, screened porches, and lots of great amenities. The large first floor master bedroom has a king bed and its own private b

athroom. The second large bedroom also has a king bed, a twin and a futon. The third bedroom on this floor has a double bed and both these bedrooms are served by a bathroom across the hall. Upstairs, on the second floor, there is another full apartment with a second master bedroom with queen bed, a den with two twins and a trundle, and a family room with flat screen tv, fireplace, and sectional sleep sofa.It also has its own screened porch, large deck, and private sundeck. In addition to all this, there is also a fully equipped second kitchen. This is ideal for families or friends who want to share the cost of their vacation. It is conveniently located less than 5 minutes to the beautiful Narragansett beach and famous Towers.
