I got so much love for Afro-Caribbean, Guyanese and the whole family!! 🇬🇾

I’m so proud to know Isiah “Zeik” Thomas and to have enjoyed both his food and friendship these past few years.

Their food truck can be found at Lost and Found Nashville in East Nashville, but keep a lookout for their special events like their Guyanese Supper Clubs, or hit them up for catering.

Their chicken curry and Chana aloo are probably my favorites right now, but can’t go wrong with some jerk wings either 😮‍💨

Located behind Hubba Hubba Tiki Tonk and No Quarter , you can always expect something fun on the menu from the weekly specials.

I think we’re do for a Brave Idiot x NHG collaboration, what do yall think?

What spice level do yall like to get? If you eat hot chicken regularly I think 5-7 is a good range.

Picked up some 🔥 chicken from G E C a few weeks ago 🇪🇬

I’d heard about this spot from my Egyptian friends and finally got to check it out!

I really enjoyed the grilled chicken and kebabs, as well as the falafel sandwiches.

They also serve koshari, which is a popular dish / street food in Egypt. I’m not the biggest fan of koshari in general, but it’s worth trying and sharing with friends if you’ve never tried it before.

I pulled up unannounced and the crew was super nice and allowed me to film 📸

Next time I go, I’ll definitely order some grilled fish if they have them!

Dolly Parton was such an inspiration to us all.

In front of her Nashville recording studio in 12 South, neighbors left flowers and tributes.

I was moved by the letters from children, thanking her for the books they received from her Imagination Library

It’s rare that someone passes who has touched the lives of so many, across every possible demographic.

If you’ve ever spent time in East Tennessee, especially in Appalachia, it feels like nearly everyone has a personal connection or family tie to Dolly.

She had that ability to make people feel truly seen, through her art and humanitarian work.

Rest in peace, Dolly ❤️🦋

This song has been stuck in my head all week!!

As soon as I heard this song I knew I wanted to make a video with it. And is the perfect restaurant for this song’s vibe.

If you haven’t been to Alebrije, they are making some truly excellent Mexican food. On par with what you’ll find at some of the best restaurants in Mexico City.

The beef cheek tostada they have on the menu right now is exceptional!

Had a lot of fun shooting this with the FX30. I didn’t bring any lights, because I love tube light in the kitchen. It creates some nice shadows. Reminds me of any late night taco stand / puesto.

Nothing more inspiring than seeing friends turn their vision into a reality 🤎

Always so impressed by Alexandros Darsinos and Shivani Darsinos

I remember seeing the Cafe Babu building before it opened and it just stopping me in my tracks.

I felt the same way walking into leo vas today.

These two have shown me what it means to relentlessly pursue your dreams and passions.

Leo Vas will have its grand opening this Sunday from noon to 4pm in Nashville’s Chestnut Hill neighborhood.

It’s a wonderful collection combining Indian craftsmanship and Greek style.

Next trip to India yall gotta take me with you Alex and Shivani!
