When visiting Brown County “where escape comes naturally,” there’s no better place to do so than Brown County State Park!

🥾 If hiking is your thing, there are numerous trails with varies levels of difficulty

🔭 If you want to check out the views, you can climb to the lookout tower

🛝 If your kiddos need to burn energy, there are playgrounds almost everywhere you go

🐴 There are pony rides for the littles and trail rides for the older

🚙 You could simply drive through the park to look at all the natural beauty

However, you experience it, it’s a must see!

This is another fun activity for kids!

They can pick a bag & “mine” for their favorite rocks 🪨 There are some pretty unique & beautiful rocks hidden in there!

They also have a shop with beautiful gems & crystals. The kids will ooohhh & aaahhh over them! 💎

One of our kids’ favorite places to visit is ourlittleworld.brown.county!

🎨 They have a lot of different projects to choose from for kids to get creative!

🔨 On this particular trip, our son chose to do string art & 🖌️ our girls chose to paint pottery. (Our kids still have these pieces displayed in their rooms!)

🍩☕️ And another perk is the donut & coffee shop attached!

Over the years, The Nest has been several different businesses. During our recent remodel, our contractors found this sign under the flooring (It appeared they were actually using it to help level out the floor, ). 😅

Does anyone remember when Sole Sensations occupied 25 Locust Lane? I have heard so far that they were the go to place for Birkenstocks!
