Isabel (“Izzy”) and Norm are more than just seasoned explorers — they are the heart and soul of Just IN Time Adventures. Their journey began in Nashville in 2019, united by a deep love for each other and an insatiable curiosity for the untamed beauty of Tennessee. Isabel, originally from the Philippines, has spent over 15 years in Nashville, hiking the Pacific Northwest, the Appalachians, and everything in between. Norm, a U.S. Air Force veteran from New Orleans, brings both discipline and devotion to their shared mission. Their story is the spark behind the name.
“Just IN Time” — with the capital I and N — began as a playful phrase between two busy professionals trying to make space for each other: “Just Izzy and Norm Time.” That rare, sacred time quickly became synonymous with the most extraordinary memories they shared in the wild.
