Today, one of my clients was traveling to Cancún, and unfortunately, 2 out of the 3 travelers had their flight canceled. To make things even more complicated, one of those travelers was the primary name on the reservation.

The moment I found out, I got on the phone and started working. 📞

I contacted the airport transfer company and the resort to make sure everything was taken care of. We were able to get everything rearranged, the client was rebooked and ready for their transfer tomorrow, and I even had the resort reservation updated to another traveler’s name to make check-in as smooth as possible. All this was done before she even landed.

This is Travel Agent 101. 🌎❤️

Anyone can book a flight or resort online.
