Plenty of covered parking for your cars. This home requires a Saturday to Saturday 7 night's stay during Holidays, Spring Break and peak Summer. Damage deposit is $450.00 refundable Unless you Smoke, damage the property in other ways. Any evidence of Smoking found in or on the premises will result in an additional departure cleaning charge of $150.00. You must be 25 or older to rent this property.
