1940 St Claude ⚜️ While legendary PO Boy brothers Bennie & Clovis Martin opened this Po Boy shop in the late 1930s, it became a multi-generational family affair. In the 1940s, Clovis's cousin Leyman Martin and business partner Vic took over ownership, handing day-to-day management to Alex "Red" Martin (Bennie and Clovis’s nephew). "Red" faithfully ran the shop for decades until it finally closed its doors in 1973.
