Monday marked the final day of another extraordinary journey through Zambia, and as always, I’m finding it hard to put the experience into words. Over the past week, we’ve watched elephants cross the river, spotted wildlife in their natural habitat, cruised along the Zambezi at sunset, shared meals under African skies, and experienced moments that remind you just how remarkable our world really is.

What I love most about Zambia is that it still feels wonderfully wild. It’s not crowded. It’s not rushed. It’s a place where nature sets the pace and every day brings something unexpected. Of course, the wildlife is unforgettable, but the friendships, conversations, and shared sense of wonder are what stay with me long after I return home.

A huge thank you to this amazing group of women for making this adventure so special.

This is the kind of night I wish I could bottle up forever. ✨ The live music, the cozy atmosphere, the conversations around the table, and that feeling of being completely present in the moment. I joined .kerek for a conversation about something I care deeply about: the connection between travel, wellbeing, and continuing to live fully as we get older. We talked about why I created Girls’ Guide to the World, how travel can completely shift the way women see themselves and their lives, and why I believe adventure, curiosity, and connection don’t have an age limit. One of my favorite parts of this conversation was talking about how travel isn’t just about seeing new places. It’s about feeling energized, inspired, confident, and connected again.
