Outstanding in the Field returns to New Orleans with an intimate farm to table dinner at Saint Claire on Sunday, January 25, celebrating the rich culinary traditions and resilient spirit of coastal Louisiana. Set beneath sheltering oaks, the evening brings together chefs, farmers, and oystermen whose work is deeply rooted in the land and waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
