We’re excited to introduce our newest Operations Manager, Spencer! His deep appreciation for hospitality, combined with his love for New Orleans culture, makes him a valuable part of the NOLA DMC team. Spencer brings more than a decade of experience in hospitality and now supports our team as Operations Manager, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully coordinated.

A sixth-generation New Orleanian, Spencer brings a passion for organization, problem-solving, and creating seamless experiences to everything he does. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the culinary scene throughout New Orleans and the Gulf South, taking in rooftop sunsets, spending time at the beach, and cultivating a lifelong appreciation for music, vintage cars, parrots, and all things nostalgic.

See how we brought this theme together below ⬇️

Venue: We chose a state park along the Louisiana coast to bring a true sense of place to the experience. With the water, open landscape, and natural surroundings, the setting felt distinctly Louisiana.

Entertainment: We brought in local Cajun musicians to make the evening feel unmistakably Louisiana. The sound, the energy, and the culture came together to create an experience you could feel from the moment the music began.

Food: With the Louisiana landscape as our backdrop, we wanted the food to feel just as true to the setting. We leaned into classic Louisiana flavors and dishes that made the evening feel right at home, from a seafood boil to even a whole roasted pig!
