Built in 1923, Sky Top Tower crowns the Shawangunk Ridge with 360° views of the Hudson Valley, Catskills, and beyond. In summer, the sunsets here turn the whole landscape gold.

We are growing our short term rental operations in the Gunks and looking for experienced, reliable people to help us upkeep our Airbnbs on a regular basis. Some prior airbnb cleaning experience is a must. We are looking for applicants with attention to details, reliability and integrity.

We are looking for individuals with availability 4-7 days a week 11am-4pm.

Start pay is $20.00/hour and goes up after the initial training/screening period. There are also other opportunities to make money with us such as garbage pick up, laundry, and other errands around our properties.

We have been in a short term rental business for over 8 years and will provide initial training and everything you need to start this job. We are interested in building a long term mutually beneficial professional relationship as we continue to grow our operations around the Gunks.

So lucky to be able to catch Duck pond at twilight yesterday. Duck pond is part of Mohonk Preserve. The best way to get there is by parking at a new Mohonk Preserve Testimonial Gateway parking spot. Its about 2 miles hike one way. Still AWESOME fall colors. 🍁

We are looking for a full time entry level Apprentice Carpenter to join our maintenance/repair team. An Apprentice receives on-the-job training from an experienced, licensed carpenter and will learn a wide spectrum of handy skills that might include carpentry, cabinet building, hvac, plumbing, electric and many other aspects of house building and maintenance. If you want to learn a wide array of building skills from highly skilled person, this is the position for you.

During the apprenticeship, the job duties of an Apprentice will include cleaning up debris from construction areas, retrieving tools, and learning new skills. You will be responsible for all upkeep and repair duties including maintaining construction sites, identifying the need for repairs, servicing company equipment and more.

To be an effective Apprentice, you will be skilled and hard-working, with outstanding problem-solving abilities while being reliable at work including showing up on time, taking charge in moments of crisis, and respecting deadlines. Skillful hands, good physical stamina, and strong technical knowledge are important parts of the successful candidates’ talents.

Having your own tools is a plus but not the requirement. We are looking for a full time position but there is also a flexibility if you need to take some time off. Reliable transportation to job sites is a must.
