Another fun-filled weekend is happening in Tuscarawas County!

The Dennison Railroad Festival and Community Yard Sales are taking over the village all weekend long. Plus, don’t miss the Strawberry Festival Train Ride from Dennison to Newark for a unique weekend adventure!

There’s also live music from The Goonsquad – Deftones Tribute at The Delaware , karaoke at BiteAbubble , the Vintage Garden Tractor Show & Swap Meet, Dominic Greco Band at Trumpet in the Land, and America’s 250th Birthday Celebration in Newcomerstown.

📣 Due to a damaged pressure tank at the Trumpet in the Land Amphitheatre, the Dominic Greco Band concert, scheduled to appear at the Amphihteatre this Saturday, has been moved to the Tuscora Park Pavilion. The concert will begin at 7:00 The concert is free to the public; however, a free-will offering will gladly be accepted and shared by Trumpet in the Land and the Dominic Greco Band.

Tuscarawas County is packed with live music, local festivals, family fun, shopping, train rides, and community events all weekend long!

America 250-Ohio - May theme: Ohio creates: Arts, Culture, and Literature.

Long before public education was common, David Zeisberger and the Moravians believed that learning and education should be available to everyone. Through his Delaware-Indian and English Spelling Book, Zeisberger helped create opportunities for education and literacy for Native communities at a time when education was often considered a luxury.

Zeisberger’s efforts to translate language and develop educational tools helped preserve communication, encourage learning, and connect cultures across the Ohio Country. His work reminds us that education has the power to shape communities, preserve history, and open doors for future generations.

At Schoenbrunn Village, we continue to share these important stories and the lasting impact they had on early Ohio history.

🎉 There’s still plenty going on this weekend in Tuscarawas County— from the Canal Dover Festival and Fort Laurens reenactments to live music, shopping, and local events all across the county. 🇺🇸🎡🎶

And if you’re just looking for a fun night out, don’t forget the Lynn Drive-In is playing STAR WARS: THE MANDALORIAN & GROGU (PG-13) at 9:00 PM, followed by HOPPERS (PG) at 11:00 PM 🎬

Bowling or axe throwing are also great options to round out the weekend!
