Condo balcony overlooks both the pool and beautiful no-drive section of the beach. Take advantage of the 27th Avenue Public Park with fully accessible playground within walking distance of the condo! This quaint and charming beach town is not only known for it's sandy white beaches, but also for it's cutting-edge cuisine and nationally recognized arts scene. With the ocean on one side, the Intracoastal Waterway on the other, this cozy city offers the perfect getaway! The condominium has just recently undergone a 7 million dollar restoration so the entire outside is practically new!
