Every so often you come across a situation that makes you set the business aside and focus on the love of the game.
Recently I came across a disabled Hunter who was looking for some assistance filling his tags on my home turf.
Volusia county.
Being close to home, one of my favorite areas to hunt and relating to his position I made the decision to volunteer my time to take him and his wife hunting.

My boat deck was being welded together at 6pm that evening.
By 1 am I had it huntable and safe enough to go.
By 3 am we were on the water
After some trouble shooting with the new set up we had this tank 10’ gator in the boat by 8am.

I went into this hunt knowing I was volunteering my time gear and expertise for a stranger.
In doing so I met two new great people and got to help give a man a memory that will last a life time and story’s to tell the grand kids.
This is what it’s all about people.
Can confidently say this hunt turned a stranger into a new friend and it will be a hunt we both remember and cherish.
