Shout out to King's Seafood! Picked up the fresh grouper for dinner tonight and it was absolutely amazing! It was so good, we ate so fast that we didnt get a picture! Go get you some!
Here’s the recipe:
Parmesan-Crusted Grouper
A light, flavorful Florida-style grouper recipe that’s easy enough for a weeknight but impressive enough for guests.
Ingredients (Serves 4)
* 4 grouper fillets (6–8 oz each)
* ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
* ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
* 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* ½ tsp paprika
* ½ tsp salt
* ¼ tsp black pepper
* 2 tbsp melted butter
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
* 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Lemon Butter Sauce
* 2 tbsp butter
* Juice of 1 lemon
* 1 tsp minced garlic
* 1 tbsp fresh parsley

Instructions
1. Prepare the Fish
* Pat grouper fillets dry with paper towels.
* Lightly brush each fillet with olive oil and Dijon mustard.
2. Make the Crust
In a bowl, combine:
* Parmesan cheese
* Panko breadcrumbs
* Parsley
* Garlic powder
* Paprika
* Salt and pepper
Stir in melted butter until the mixture resembles damp sand.
3. Coat the Grouper
* Press the Parmesan mixture firmly onto the top of each fillet.
4. Bake
* Preheat oven to 425°F.
* Place fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
* Bake for 12–15 minutes, depending on thickness, until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the topping is golden brown.
5. Optional Broil
* Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for an extra crispy crust.

Lemon Butter Sauce
While the fish bakes:
1. Melt butter in a small saucepan.
2. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
3. Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
4. Spoon over the grouper just before serving.
