Incredibly lucky to have gotten this “Happily Ever After” viewing spot only twenty minutes before the show started! 🤯 I make sure to watch “Happily Ever After” every time I make it to Magic Kingdom! To me, the nighttime spectaculars are what make the parks so special to me. What’s your favorite nighttime spectacular?

Finally got to try some treats from Amorette’s Patisserie at Disney Springs, located just next to World of Disney! All of their pastries and gateaux looked sinfully delicious in the case, but I went with this delicious Enchanted Rose. Dark chocolate mousse with raspberry geleé inside, placed perfectly on top of chocolate cake. Heavenly, fit for any beauty and any beast!

The Tree of Life at Disney’s Animal Kingdom is one of my favorite places to explore in the whole resort! The gorgeous carvings of over 100 animals cover this beautiful monument to our circle of life and conservation of our planet. I could spend hours just exploring this park!

Another Disney dining bucket list crossed OFF! I had a fabulous meal at Jiko - The Cooking Place at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. Starting with an African 75 (brut rosé and African gin), trying boar tenderloin for the first time, and a lamb shank with PERFECT lemon pomegranate couscous were highlights of this gorgeous fine dining experience. (Heads up: this is TWO credits on the Disney Dining Plan!)

Just got back from a wonderful trip to Walt Disney World last week and I am STILL recovering! Until the next time I can go, I’m excited to share with you tips, tricks, and memories from my trip!

First up: I had the pleasure of staying at Disney’s Pop Century Resort for the first time, and had a wonderful experience! I loved exploring the massive icons that anchored each building, showcasing the fun of each decade. The rooms were very comfortable, with plenty of space and a comfy king bed. And I’ll talk more about it soon, but the Skyliner is a GAME CHANGER and our proximity to it was wonderful.
