For thousands of years, camels have crossed the desert carrying travelers to the foot of the pyramids. Here, time seems to slow down. Standing before these ancient monuments, it’s impossible not to wonder what wisdom they have silently witnessed through the ages. 🐪🏜️

Beauty in ancient Egypt was more than appearance. It reflected harmony, balance, and the divine order of life. To care for the body, adorn oneself, and create beauty was also a way of honoring the sacred. ✨

Cats were deeply respected in ancient Egypt as protectors of the home and symbols of grace, intuition, and divine feminine power. Quiet, watchful, and mysterious, they were seen as guardians between the visible and unseen worlds. 🐈‍⬛

Prayer in ancient Egypt was woven into daily life. It was expressed through offerings, movement, music, silence, and devotion. It was not only about asking the gods for help, but about remembering one’s place within the greater order of the universe. 🙏

Ancient Egypt reminds us that every journey needs moments of stillness. Rest is not a pause from the path—it is part of it. Sometimes the deepest insights arrive when we stop striving, breathe, and simply allow ourselves to be. ☀️

“Five years later, I realize this trip is still having an effect on me. I don’t think we realize right away how much things change - it’s only years later, looking back, that you understand a trip like that changes a life.

And it changed mine to the point that right after coming back from Egypt, I met the woman who is now my wife, with whom I made the dream of my life come true: becoming a father. And today I’m so happy to pass things on to my son.

The last big moment was visiting the pyramids, and I got to lie down inside the sarcophagus in the Khafre pyramid. I think that’s the moment someone hit the reset button for me. I shifted my whole life paradigm, and today I can honestly say I’m happy, I found that simple pleasure of living again.

There’s one thing I really want to insist on, looking back on it: it’s not so much about what you do during a retreat like this, it’s about who you do it with. What truly matters is the people around you and the state of mind you’re immersed in. That’s what made all the difference for me.”

Fabian Atlantis and all the Atlanteans out there,

I've been wanting to write this to you for a while.

Back in 2021, right after a breakup, you asked me to join you in Dahab, Egypt, for your very first organized retreat. You remember, I had just split up with my partner, and a week later you called me asking if I wanted to be one of the "pioneers" on that first trip. I didn't even hesitate for a second. I just needed a change of scenery, I had no idea what it would actually bring me.

From the very first evening, in that sweat lodge out in the desert, with everyone gathered around the fire, I felt that this trip was going to be something else entirely. Between the water activities, the yoga, the meditation, the breathwork, I went through an introspection I had never dared to do before. I had a divorce I'd never really processed, something that had been holding me back for years without me even realizing it. A conversation with Momo - who sadly passed away since - managed to unlock so much in me. Thank you for that, truly.

This year in August and September, we’re so happy for the first time to offer three different journeys in Egypt — ranging from Somatic Water Therapy Training, to swimming with wild dolphins in the Red Sea, to initiations in the ancient temples.

This is definitely a journey that can change you, as you reconnect to the energies of the water, the land of Egypt, nature, and of course the ancient gods and goddesses that have shaped humanity for thousands of years.
