Hi, I’m Sarah.

I’m a special education teacher and the mom of an incredible autistic kid named Vaughn. Travel has always mattered to me, but learning how to travel with a neurodivergent child changed everything I thought I knew about vacations.

I’ve learned the hard way that:

• Downtime is not optional
• A “short wait” can feel endless
• Hotel layout matters more than price
• Success looks different for every child

I’ve cried in hotel rooms. I’ve second-guessed myself. I’ve also watched my child light up in ways I never imagined.

This page is a place for families like mine.

A place where:

• You don’t have to pretend travel is always magical
• You can talk about meltdowns without shame
• You can learn how to plan trips that actually work for your child
• You can feel less alone

I’m here to share what I’ve learned so you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
