In his successful decade-long real estate career, Jorden Tepper has not only sold some of the most luxurious properties in Manhattan; he has sat at the helm of two large-scale residential sales companies as sales director, over
seeing over a billion dollars in transactions in the last several years. Jorden’s diverse experience has included all aspects of real estate, from selling co-ops, condos and multi-unit developments to overseeing an entire company’s sales operations, plus training and supervising agents. Now Executive Vice President at the headquarters of the New York City brokerage leader Prudential Douglas Elliman, he heads his own powerhouse team of agents who represent clients and properties in all Manhattan neighborhoods and price points. Having effectively navigated the market’s cyclical upturns and downswings, Jorden is well equipped to market any property and negotiate any type of deal so that every client comes out winning. Using his keen knowledge and sensibility, he is able to strategize and react appropriately to trends no matter what the circumstance, always keeping in mind the shared goals of all parties concerned. This quality has defined his solid reputation in the industry, and fostered the respect of the buyers, sellers, developers and fellow brokers he works with. Jorden’s practical business savvy is complemented by his creative mind, a pairing that has continually made seemingly impossible deals reality. A native New Yorker, Jorden earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from George Washington University, where he also studied music, one of his great passions. After graduation, he composed, performed and produced several CDs for major recording labels, giving him strong experience and insight into the music business. Before entering real estate, Jorden ran his family’s high-end designer outerwear company, The Tepper Collection, affording him the opportunity to work and sell with top fashion designers.
