Keep credit card details out of email. View them only after login.

Credit cards do not belong in your inbox. Too many agencies still receive full card details in payment notifications, which get forwarded, copied, and left in shared mailboxes. That creates risk for owners, hosts. So we changed how Yaalago handles payment emails.

What’s new:
- Payment emails for invoices and proposals no longer include credit card details
- Your team views payment info only after logging in to Yaalago

This reduces exposure in email threads and keeps sensitive details where they belong—inside your workspace with role-based access.

Faster traveler prep with flexible DOB formats

Cut the edits that slow traveler intake. Yaalago now accepts the numeric day/month/year style many agencies use, so your team spends less time fixing dates and more time moving bookings forward.

What’s new:
- DOBs in 19/02/1968 (DD/MM/YYYY) load correctly, as well as 19/feb/1968.
- Coverage in both Prep Travelers and GDS conversion keeps behavior consistent.
- Better handling for names with accents, hyphens, and apostrophes reduces clean-up.

✈️ Flight Reminder Emails Just Got Better

We've made a handful of updates to how flight reminder emails work in YaalaGo CRM.

Here's what's new:

→ Seat numbers now show exactly as booked (think "8A" not just "8")
→ Passengers are listed by their legal name
→ Only active flight segments appear in reminders
→ Your agency-level setting now cascades to all trips automatically — no manual updating needed
→ The email design now matches the agency confirmation style

Confirmation Codes Per Passenger on Merged Trips

When multiple bookings are combined into one trip, each passenger now displays both their agency confirmation code (PNR) and airline confirmation code (flight reservation), side by side, with no ambiguity. This matters most for merged trips, where it can otherwise be hard to tell which code belongs to which traveler. Regular trips are unchanged.

You'll see the codes consistently wherever you work: client links, PDFs, emails, previews, the trip client list, the manual entry and add flights pages, and the edit trip client screen. Every passenger always knows exactly which code to use to review their booking or check in with the airline.

Import Multiple Travel PDFs in One Step

New in YaalaGo CRM: you can now upload multiple PDFs at once when importing AI bookings. Add flight confirmations, hotel bookings, and other travel documents together, and YaalaGo reads the files and converts them into a trip or proposal.

Passport Entry Now Easier to Use in YaalaGo CRM

We've made a few small but practical improvements to how passport uploads work in YaalaGo CRM.

You now have two ways to add passport details to a client record. Upload a passport image and let the OCR scan handle it automatically, or fill in the details manually using the form. The upload section stays greyed out until the required details are entered first, so the flow guides you in the right direction. The OCR button is now clearly labeled and sits right next to the save button so it's easy to find.

Clearer Trip Dates and Clients in YaalaGo CRM

Trips now show a complete date range based on the earliest booking start and the latest booking end across flights, hotels, car rentals, and more. Client names also appear correctly on the dashboard whenever a booking has clients attached.

Wheelchair & Bassinet Confirmations Throughout Yaalago

Special service requests shouldn’t get lost in the PNR.

YaalaGo CRM now automatically detects confirmed wheelchair and bassinet SSRs from Sabre and Amadeus and displays them clearly on the exact flight segment they belong to.

If it’s confirmed in the GDS, it shows as:
Wheelchair Confirmed
Bassinet Confirmed
