Cruising along the dramatic coastline of the Gulf of Orosei, with its towering cliffs and crystal-clear waters, offers a perspective few ever forget.

With plenty of space on board and breathtaking views at every turn, the journey eventually leads to Cala Goloritzé, often considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

Anchored in front of its turquoise waters, we slowed down even more, enjoying a selection of local cheeses and cured meats while taking in one of the most extraordinary views Sardegna has to offer.

Because sometimes the destination is only part of the experience. It's the rhythm of the sea, the endless shades of blue, and those simple moments that make the day unforgettable.

Our Eucharist pilgrimage with in May was an illuminating and transformative experience for our travelers; and we are thrilled to share that we are offering it again September 2027.

Join us in Greece and Italy next fall as we explore the meaning of the Eucharist across time, space, and traditions.

We will taste, bake, walk, and smell our way through the regions in which this central Christian ritual took form and has continued to evolve until today.

During our 11-day journey, we will nourish body, mind and spirit through meaningful encounters with ancient traditions and local artisans, including hands-on breadmaking and incense workshops, olive oil and wine tastings, visits to a Greek iconography studio and an Italian textile workshop, and daily reflection to help process and integrate the richness of each experience.

What if the secret to a long life wasn't a secret at all?

In Cagliari, Maria welcomed us into a side of Sardegna that few travelers ever experience.

Together with her great-aunt, now in her nineties, we learned that recipes are really stories passed from one pair of hands to another. Between flour, laughter, and generations of knowledge, Maria shared why Sardegna is one of the world's celebrated Blue Zones, where community, simplicity, and food are woven into everyday life.

One of the most unforgettable moments was watching the making of Su Filindeu, the legendary “Threads of God”, a pasta so rare that only a handful of people in the world still know how to prepare it.

As the afternoon light filled the kitchen, stories flowed as easily as the dough beneath their fingers. And somewhere between one strand and the next, it became clear why some traditions are still alive after centuries.

There are memories that come back with a photograph, and others that come back with the smell of fresh pasta.
