Henry Erben Organ Unveiled

06/07/2026

After nearly ten years operating exclusive tours and experiences at the Basilica of St. Patrick's Old Cathedral, Tommy's New York has a new website, a new blog, and a major event this Thursday.
🏛 New Website — takeawalk.com has been fully rebuilt. Cleaner, faster, and better organized around everything we offer.
📖 Stories of New York — our new blog is live. The first post is a detailed chronology of the Basilica of St. Patrick's Old Cathedral from 1815 to present day. Worth a read.
🎵 This Thursday — Pipes of Splendor: Unveiling
The newly restored 1868 Henry Erben pipe organ makes its full public return. During the evening's performance, original artwork adorning the pipes — hidden for more than a century — will be revealed for the first time. Music by Bach, Mendelssohn, and Haydn performed by the Basilica Schola and special guests.
📅 Thursday, June 11th | 7pm | 261 Mott Street
Three ways to attend:
🎼 Concert Only — $45
🥂 Concert & Celebration — $90
🎹 Loft Seating alongside the organ — $250
