Over two decades ago a bunch of 20 something knuckleheads occupied a building that appropriately looked like a spaceship. We had a vision to start a variety of companies surrounding the music business. The heart and soul of that operation was Jesse(aka Swami). Always the smartest guy in the room but the last person to flex his wit. The voice of reason in all scenarios. An unpaid head of HR for my company when I had no idea how to lead a team. A man who had already traveled the world and made the best travel buddy when aimlessly scouting Costa Rica for a makeshift venue for a band. A smile, that smile that lit every room and brought a sense that every would be ok. Jesse was just the epitome of kind even in the toughest times. The list goes on and on and on. Madison House travel would not be what it is today without Swami, I only wish I had told him. So many lives are brighter because of Jesse Aratow.
