You'll never see the inside of the only in if your time is all spent downtown! This late 18th-c farmhouse boasts plank floors, beautiful period furniture, and even wooden shingles that keep the house dry in rain.

A previous farmhouse stood here until the British arrived in late 1776 and burned the homes of revolution sympathizers.

14 West 10th Street, known as the "House of Death," is a famously haunted 19th-century Greek Revival brownstone in Greenwich Village, NYC, reportedly home to 22 ghosts. The building, which was home to Mark Twain (1900-1901), gained its sinister reputation from numerous tragic deaths and, notoriously, the 1987 murder of 6-year-old Lisa Steinberg by her own father, Joel Steinberg.
