Taiwanese shaved ice (tswa-bing; bao-bing) has been around since the 7th century in China and has traditional variations throughout the Far East. Much like the Filipino halo halo, Japanese kakigōri and Korean patbingsu–Tswa Bing is rooted in the sweet and texture-ous ice experience but with a new look and healthier ingredients. We are a small start-up operation currently operating on the flea market circuit and serving private events.
