Hot take: some of yall are wasting hours Googling 'best honeymoon destinations 2026” while you could just be having an expert match you to the right one in a fraction of the time.

My client, Jessie, had already planned plenty of great trips on her own, but then she got engaged and started planning her honeymoon. She was stressing trying to figure out the best hotels in Rome, Tuscany, and Lake Como (there’s a TON!), which neighborhoods are actually right for foodies and wanderers like them, where to stay in Switzerland, figuring out how it all fits together, etc. It was just too much.

She came to me overwhelmed and a little defeated. She knew what she wanted the trip to feel like, but translating that into actual hotels, neighborhoods, & logistics while simultaneously planning a wedding was a lot to ask of anyone.

So, I took it off her plate. We talked through exactly who she and Sean are as travelers: the experiences they get excited about, the pace they love, & the non-negotiables. When I say I want a Christmas honeymoon in Dublin, London, and Paris…this is what I mean 😍🎄

Not gonna lie, I'm a little jealous of my most recent couple. These hotels? This itinerary? A Christmas honeymoon in 3 of Europe's most iconic cities? I am SO excited for them and I may or may not have looked up flights for myself after finishing this proposal 🤣

J + T came to me with a dream and zero idea where to start. They'd never been to Europe, wanted Christmas markets, incredible food, culture, and walkable hotels with restaurants right outside the door but not a jam-packed itinerary. They wanted to soak it in, not sprint through it. And with both working full time, the research, bookings, logistics, and "do we need to apply for something before we travel?" questions, they needed someone to handle all of it.

Here's what I created:
🇮🇪 3 nights at The Shelbourne, Dublin — right on St. Stephen's Green, classic and intimate, exceptional dining, and steps from everything (including a certain Guinness experience 👀)

✈️ Fly to London

🇬🇧 4 nights at The Milestone, London — a boutique Kensington gem with a private balcony or views over Kensington Palace and Gardens. Museums, Christmas markets, world-class food.

🚄 Train to Paris

🇫🇷 4 nights at Grand Hôtel du Palais Royal — boutique and beautifully quiet, steps from the Louvre and Palais Royal gardens, with two high-floor balcony options.

✈️ Back to Dublin

🇮🇪 1 final night at InterContinental Dublin — the best 5-star near the airport, private balcony, garden terrace view. Departure morning should feel easy, not stressful.

Every hotel was chosen for the same reasons: walkable, boutique over corporate, a genuine sense of place, and great food and drink. I pushed hard for balconies and meaningful views in every city because that was their #1 priority — and they deserved it.
