Nice to meet you, I’m Earl!

I moved to New York from Ireland over 15 years ago and very quickly fell in love with the city.

It’s history, culture, food and drinks scene - you name it, I was blown away.

A passion for learning about the city led to me starting my own tour company where I could show others the wonders of New York!

As a proud Irishman, I decided to start New York’s very first Guinness history tour and from there, I started to tour the city’s other famous landmarks that have an Irish history 🇮🇪

I’m happy to announce that I’m launching an Ellis Island family history experience where at Forty Thieves we trace your genealogy back to your family members that originally emigrated to NYC! Given there are so many people in New York who had emigrated, this has already been gathering a lot of interest!

Prohibition, food tours, NYC history and it’s famous landmarks are all things that I offer in my tours!
