One thing life has taught me is that saying “I’m not okay” can be one of the most powerful things a person does.

Whether it’s motherhood, career pressure, relationships, or just navigating a hard season of life, too many people feel like they have to push through everything alone.

The truth is, we’re not meant to do life that way. Community matters. Support matters. Honest conversations matter.

If you’re in a tough season, reaching out to a therapist, a trusted professional, or even another person who understands can make all the difference.

No one deserves to white-knuckle their way through something that was never meant to be done alone.

I share a lot of my life online. Travel, wellness, business, everyday moments.

That’s why stories like this stop me in my tracks.

AI is advancing quickly, and while so much of it is innovative and exciting, some features are deeply concerning. When technology can manipulate images in seconds — including photos of children — that’s not just a tech story. That’s a responsibility story.

We are living in a new digital era. Awareness isn’t paranoia; it’s necessary.

If you post online, if you have kids, if you exist on the internet... this is worth paying attention to.

Technology isn’t slowing down. Conversations and boundaries need to catch up.

As someone who lives a lot of my life online, this one made me pause.

AI is advancing quickly. Some of it is incredible. Some of it is… unsettling. Features like “undress” apps and hyper-explicit AI tools are a reminder that the digital world our kids are growing up in is very different from the one we did.

This isn’t about panic. It’s about awareness.

Just like we teach kids about stranger danger in the real world, we now have to teach digital boundaries in a world where images can be manipulated instantly.

Technology isn’t slowing down. So the conversation at home can’t either.

Would love to hear how others are navigating this!

Choosing yourself can look glamorous from the outside, but the reality is a lot more nuanced ✨

Over the years, travel and entrepreneurship have taught me that freedom isn’t just about where you go, it’s about how you live day to day. Flexibility is powerful. Being able to own your time, prioritize health, relationships, and presence is a privilege I don’t take lightly.
But flexibility also comes with invisible weight. Late nights. Mental load. Uncertainty. Holding both ambition and peace at the same time isn’t always easy.

What I keep coming back to is this: no one should have to choose between stability and alignment. Especially women. Especially moms. The goal isn’t hustle or sacrifice for the sake of it. It’s building a life that actually works for you.

If you’ve navigated this shift, I’d love to hear what’s helped you find balance.

Healthy eating has always been part of my lifestyle, whether I’m meal prepping at home or figuring out how to eat well while traveling the world 🥗✈️

Lately I’ve been learning more about why what we eat matters beyond calories and macros, especially when it comes to heavy metals and other contaminants showing up in our food system. It’s wild how much of this traces back to things happening behind the scenes, from farming practices to water infrastructure to environmental regulations.

It’s a reminder that eating “healthy” isn’t just about choosing the right foods, it’s also about staying informed, asking questions, and paying attention to where our food comes from.

2015 ➡️ 2025

10 years. Same beach. Same outfits. Same laughter. Same us 🥹

So much life has happened between these two photos, and I’m deeply grateful that some things stay exactly the same.

When I realized that Dad and I were headed back to Club Med Punta Cana, I knew I wanted to recreate one of my all-time favorite photos of us from a decade ago.

What started as a silly moment and a playful pose turned into a memory forever ingrained in my heart. It captures the essence of us: laughing, being ourselves, and fully present together.

I’m grateful for these moments, and for the lifetime of memories we’ve created together at Club Med.

As we say goodbye to 2025, may we remember that laughter is medicine, authenticity matters, and love should always lead ❤️

My kind of girl math ✨ Medical tourism has been on the rise, and it’s something I’ve been seriously looking into. Traveling to Turkiye has been on my mind lately, and I was just talking with my family about going over for a full routine checkup. I’m talking dental, bloodwork, imaging, specialists, the works. All in one place. And often for a fraction of the cost.

Would you ever consider medical tourism?

✨ Iconic ✨ What’s that one place you’ve always wanted to check off your bucket list?

I’ve known of Horseshoe Bend - and seen photos from it - practically my whole life. Admittedly, I’ve traveled the world, but have barely touched my own backyard 🙈

When the opportunity arose to detour to Horseshoe Bend from the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, the answer was a resounding YES!

👉 I had expected it to be packed. To nudge through crowds or stand in a long line to get ~ that view ~

I couldn’t have been more wrong!

Honestly, it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves … and that was really darn cool 🤩

💡 5FT Tip: Go midday and make sure to pack a big water bottle! While it’s only a 15 minute walk from the parking lot to Horseshoe Bend, there’s no sun cover and it is extremely hot 🔥

It’s me, hi 👋 Today I’m six weeks post-op from unexpected surgery on my cervical spine (ADCF surgery for those wondering).

I finally got to start physical therapy this week, and the speed of my recovery is truly a blessing 🙏 I’m being taught a lesson in patience and resiliency, and grateful for it…

I know I’ve been a bit quiet on here. Social media just felt like *a lot* post-surgery, so I’ll slowly be easing back into it and I SO appreciate all of your support and warm messages ❤️❤️❤️

I’ve spent the last six weeks giving my body the rest it needed (which is SO hard for someone like me!) while working behind-the-scenes on UGC content for clients and teeing up next year’s brand partnerships. Here’s to hitting the ground running in Q1 🥳

⏩️⏩️ Swipe to see a picture from just 3 days post-op, when I convinced Mark and my parents that I was okay enough to go to a local concert I had tickets to 😆

Also, my neurosurgeon was absolutely incredible and if any of you suffer from nerve pain or spinal issues in the Tri-State area, I couldn’t recommend him more highly! 💡

Did summer fly by for anyone else?! 🤯 I can’t believe it’s almost September…

I feel like there was so much I wanted to accomplish over the last few months that I didn’t get to and that’s okay too 🤷‍♀️

I’m honestly just happy I finally squeezed in a pool day! 😂 I stocked up on some new items to round out the summer, and to bring with me to my next tropical destination — take a guess on where I’m headed in the comments! 🌴

Use code “Vacay15” to get 15% off your next Cupshe order of $65 or more ✅

P.S. Anyone else *love* this Limoncello float?!
