Looking back at our most recent impact data, one thing stood out: a lot shifted in 2025. Priorities changed around the world, protections and rights were rolled back, and new challenges stepped in to take their place. There’s been an increased need for advocacy—even on issues we thought we no longer needed to justify. It was the kind of year that makes you stop and think about what actually matters, and the kind of year that reminds us our ongoing efforts are more important than ever.
As we dug into last year’s data to share this today, we kept coming back to the same thought. This isn’t something we only think about once a year. It’s part of how we operate every day, brought to life by who we partner with, how we show up, and the experiences we create.
In honor of Earth Day, here’s a snapshot of what that looked like in 2025 🌍
✨ 304 adventures shared with women worldwide
From Patagonia to Bhutan, we brought women together to connect, challenge themselves, and fall in love with our planet. Because when we love something, we protect it.
✨ 74 partnerships with female guides across 14 countries: Supporting women on the ground and investing in a more inclusive future for adventure travel.
✨ 130.9 metric tonnes of CO₂ offset
Through our partnership with Sustainable Travel International, we offset emissions from both travelers and operations—equal to taking 30.5 cars off the road for a year.
✨ 450 trees planted
In partnership with One Tree Planted, we honored our travelers by helping restore the ecosystems we explore.
✨ 3 Trailblazer Awards granted
Through The Carabiner Collective, we supported leaders expanding diversity and representation in the outdoors.
✨ 1% of revenue donated
For the second year in a row, we committed 1% of revenue to grassroots environmental organizations through 1% for the Planet.
Earth Day always serves as a reminder for how we should show up in the world, but for us, this work doesn’t start or stop today. Just like training for a big adventure, the biggest changes happen when we show up consistently.
To every partner who helps us protect the places we love to explore. Thank you.
