Hi my name is Alyce Serrano and I've always had wanderlust. All businesses begin with a story, so grab a glass of wine and enjoy. Maybe because my dad was a sailor and I was born on the island of Key West. All I know is,

anytime I had a few days free and some extra cash--off I went, be it locally by car or... across the country to the other side of the world by plane or cruise ship. My travels have taken me to all parts of the globe, from the northern tip of Africa - - Tunisia-- all the way to the southernmost -- Cape Town... then back up to Morocco. From Rome to Genoa to Venice to Milan to the Isle of Capri... from London to Dover, to see those famous White Cliffs then crossing into France... and a train down to Paris. From Athens to Santorini in Greece through all of the Canary Islands...
From Lisbon to Porto to the beaches of the Algarve in Portugal.... from Bangor Maine to Miami Florida to Los Angeles California to New Orleans Louisiana. From swimming with the stingrays in the Cayman Islands to climbing the ruins of Chichen Itza in Mexico. I could go on and on and I still have so much more to see

As friends looked at my pictures on Facebook, they begin asking me for ideas for their own vacation plans. My niece told me I should start a blog or a travel service... so here I am. A few months ago I realized one of my biggest dreams, that was going to Havana, Cuba. Now, as my very first venture, in conjunction with Cuba 305 travel, I'm able to offer packages to that beautiful Island for every budget-- no matter how big or small.

One of the great things about travel, for me, is trying the different delicacies of the countries I visit: Berbigões, here in the Algarve; Bunny Chow in South Africa; Bangers & Mash in London; Ropa Vieja in Cuba. Paella in Valencia.

But imagine, when you're on the world renowned beaches of Portugal's Algarve, and you stumble upon the most incredible authentic Italian restaurant. I'm of Italian Heritage, and like most we believe no one cooks better than our moms; so I am an especially harsh critic of Italian restaurants. I have found very few that I'll give 5 stars.

However, Fluidio, owned by an adorable couple- Valeria from Rome and Mario from Naples- won my heart, my soul, and my taste buds. The homemade gnocchi with cherry tomatoes and fresh basil will send you to heaven. Even the house wine that accompanied it was on point.

I'm going back again tonight. If you are ever in Praia de Luz, you must visit. Tell them dreamingantstravel sent you. You'll thank me.
