Avion Caribbean Express Shipping Announces Revocation of Authority Following the Passing of Overseas Representative
Newark, NJ — November 15
It is with deep sadness that Avion Caribbean Express Shipping announces the sudden passing of Oneika Ferrer, also known as Oneika Abiola Ferrer and Oneika Ceasar, whose last known residence was Balladrum, West Coast Berbice, Guyana, South America. Ms. Ferrer previously served as a business representative associated with certain international activities of the company.
In light of her passing, all powers of attorney and any authority previously granted to Ms. Ferrer have been formally revoked and are no longer valid, effective immediately.
Additionally, all shipping agreements, contracts, sales arrangements, negotiations, commitments, or any other business dealings executed, facilitated, or represented by Oneika Ferrer under the names listed above are hereby terminated and deemed null and void, unless explicitly reaffirmed in writing by an authorized officer of Avion Caribbean Express Shipping.
Effective immediately, no individual or entity should rely on any prior authorizations, delegations, representations, or agreements connected to Ms. Ferrer in relation to Avion Caribbean Express Shipping.
