Wait….what?!? Balloons can float on the water?? Not quite…we love to touchdown on the water know as a “splash-n-dash.” We’re still flying when we perform this maneuver, but it does look like (and feels like!) we are floating on the water.

Our flight path goes over the Willamette River so we try to splash-n-dash whenever we can. It’s never guaranteed, but it’s pretty freakin’ cool when it happens. Don’t forget your fishing pole! 🎣

Disney World, Times Square and Yellowstone National Park can be packed to the rafters with tourists. But there are plenty of other places across the United States that continue to fly beneath the travel radar.
