Universal’s Sapphire Falls Resort
This Disney adult is impressed. Fantastic theming. Beautiful decor with lots and lots of sitting areas throughout the resort. Spacious rooms (we got an upper floor with a pool view).
There are four dining choices:
Amatista Cookhouse - sit down restaurant serves dinner and an amazing buffet breakfast. My husband said the omelette may have been the best he ever had.

Strong Water Tavern - open for Tapas style dining and specialty rum cocktails open until late night.

New Dutch Trading Co. - grab and go from early morning until late night., and

Drhum Club Kantine - pool side bar and grill.
